The experience was so well organized with focused outcomes and goals, making sure everyone had their questions addressed and everyone is feeling prepared for their upcoming trips. I wish that I had started with EF tours years ago, the "other" travel company did not offer this much support to make sure I was prepared and I was basically "winging" it on my first few trips. Kudos on the great leaders and instructors we had!

Great trip. Enjoyed most stops. Didn’t enjoy lunch stops on South Island. I know it’s hard to accommodate busses but the lunch spots were disappointing. Great drivers both islands.

We went to Japan for 9 days. Students were able to see a good mix of modern day Japan, and traditional Japanese culture. Lots of authentic food! Nice clean hotels. Feels safe, and very respectful.

The destinations were good, saw lots of great things. The vehicle was the most uncomfortable ever; no shock absorbers for bumpy roads. Would never do another tour in this type of vehicle. Your marketing is for people 40+ yet you use a vehicle that will kill your back. Tour guide was very annoying. Repeated the same useless info over & over, yet neglected to tell us important info, like timing of stops, & when a restaurant won't take credit cards.

Info is onvoldoende op alles. Personeel en entertainment prima. Geen zicht op een aantal streepjes op je HIA, en drankmaat ook niet goed. Deze streepjes kunnen makkelijk op de aftekenbon gezet worden. WIFI instellen is een drama, rekening van 49 euro om deze in werking te zetten( verbinding satelliet gemaakt) Reis is wel bevallen ( ondanks de woelige baren) Alles wordt keurig schoongehouden. Maar een paar verbeterpuntjes zouden wel kunnen.
