We are very upset by the hotel they gave us because the area was horrible, the rooms were awfully small, the bathroom door was a sliding door that couldn't be closed, there was no heating. My daughter bought the same tour at the same time as us but they were given a better located Ibis Hotel with better room conditions, they sent us to the worst hotel in Paris. We were at opposite ends, our hotel was to the north and theirs was to the south, the hotel they assigned to my daughter had a Metro entrance a relatively close, block away but our hotel's Metro entrance was 15 blocks away. 20 minute walk, we had to take an Uber and a taxi the entire time we were in Paris, which was quite expensive.

Tour director Bea, bus driver Alex, were both top notch, great hotels, length of drives was just right, amazing food and sites.

This was my first time traveling overseas and Globus made it easy and fun.

Our recent Globus tour to the Grand Canyon was a superb experience. Barbara our tour guide and coach driver Orlando were very knowledgeable and friendly.

It's hard to describe how lucky we are to have been able to work with Stephanie in planning our honeymoon to Japan. From the very beginning, Stephanie was friendly, flexible, and an absolute wealth of knowledge. We had several meetings with her leading up to our trip to come up with the perfect itinerary. Throughout this, Stephanie was mindful of our budget, without sacrificing anything. During our trip, Audley was available at all hours to help with anything and everything which was such a relief to know we had that resource available to us. I truly cannot imagine having planned this trip without all of Stephanie's guidance and knowledge- and cannot imagine taking another big trip like this without the help of Audley. Thank you again!

I've used Great Value Vacations for trips before, but this trip to Malta and Rome was the best yet.

The hotels were in a great location in both countries and were very nice, with good amenities in both. The hotel transfers took all worry out of my arrival and departures.

When an issue with the flight came up, GVV had an email out to me before I could even call them and took care of fixing the problem.

GVV is a great company. From my first call in April, the company through their agents kept me abreast of what they were offering, and made me aware of deadlines, and/or changes to my itinerary. On my last day in Madrid, the day before I was due to return to the U.S.I had problems locating my flight online.I called the GVV agent who worked with me. That agent quickly solved the problem and checked me in online.
