The tour was a bit too rushed for me. I prefer to spend more time learning more about the culture and history than briefly visiting so many different venues. By the end of the tour several of the destinations were melded together and without my phone camera identifying the location, I would have some difficulty specifically identifying them.

The towns were very interesting. We learned a lot about Canada. Favorite towns were Quebec City and Toronto. We also enjoyed the other towns as well

I did not appreciate having to commit to which extra activities we would be doing, plus pay for them, on our first day there. I greatly dislike your policy of "carry on luggage cannot have wheels". It leaves us older adults (age 65+) wearing heavy backpacks or carrying tote bags for long distances (as through Chicago's O'Hare airport) The "slow paced tour" was far to busy for my liking. I would have preferred more free time.

Too many activities/visits in too little time, felt rushed and panicked to catch bus and meet schedule deadlines. Paid more for Insight but got less than Trafalgar tourists. "Maiden voyage" of cruise ship a farce (old boat renovated) so tourists were guinea pigs all week as electrical, waterpipes & other bugs worked out; really a bait and switch by Insight.

The guide was loud and domineering and at times very rude to myself and other guests. Her verbal communication style was abrupt, and inappropriate and she was extremely inflexible with her planning and arrangements. She often failed to support and meet our needs, and was often reluctant to listen to the situation at hand and respond in an appropriate tone and manner. The excursions included were ordinary to poor, and those that included a food experience were especially poor. We experienced basic, appalling food quality and poor service throughout. The accomodation was ok but most of the breakfasts provided had food that was not stored or held according to international food standards and was therefore stale, too warm or cold or OFF!! e.g. cereals were stale, scrambled eggs were presented cold and even freezing in the middle, cold meats were warm, smelled and tasted off, milk and yogurts were too warm etc. A combination of these issues was consistent throughout our tour. At one road stop, we had no option but to pay for food that was reheated in a microwave - unreal!!! We never expected to get this in Italy - disgusting food! A. Very poor stop for food on our tour. The better excursions were all additional options that required more and more money! We were very underwhelmed with our tour and glad it was over! We did not appreciate the pressure on us to provide tips! We had already pre-paid tips in advance and always tipped local guides. However, our tour leader was always making reference to tips. We would never want to experience a tour with our tour guide ever again! It would be our worst nightmare!

An outstanding tour lead by a very friendly and supportive tour guide and helpful drivers. We felt safe and cared for at all times.

Unforseen events were managed highly effectively and the group was kept informed at all times of developments.

Our fellow travelers were able to relax and get to know and support each other.

I would highly recommend the tour and having been with Insight Vacations several times before have no hesitation in recommending the Insight Vacations for future tours.

Would have like to see more of Zürich but other places were great. Variety of experiences were good too

We never had to ask a question because our tour director Patrick provided all the answers with a daily bulletin plus loads of details while on the coach. Patrick’s wealth of information about the places we visited was insightful and often very entertaining. The hotels were very comfortable and the optional activities topped off the trip.
